I really like the bag and absolutely love the aesthetics. For my particular use, I am searching for a bit more structure. If you sold optional inserts for the bag that added that structure I would be a buyer.

Love the bag. Ideal size for weekend travel and plenty of inside spaces for convenient storage of purse, house and car keys and phone etc.

I believe I should have gotten the other style. Perhaps a will one day. The other “carry all” has more secure pockets & places for my iPad. I didn’t get the best look at the inside of the bag I purchased. I’ll still use it,great bag, just not what I expected.

This was a replacement bag as the first one I ordered had a strap that came off the second time I used it. Customer service was excellent and sent me out a new one extremely quickly and I’m very happy with it.

Really lovely bag and looked well made - but one of the straps came unstitched on it's second journey out of the house. It's completely unusable until it is fixed. I will wait and see how customer service does on this as was hoping to take it on a trip in 10 days.

I bought for my trip to Europe. Perfect as a tote for the plane. But a little big for carrying around as we visited the sites. Also wish it had more compartments on tge inside to store various things.
The strap broke off within 1 month of receiving the bag. The website would not allow me to return it. Pathetic customer service.

I love this big beautiful bag. I have several personal needs including a sweet dependent cairn terrier. Everything I could possibly need fits in this bag. I love this bag. I decided to purchase because the styles are cute and stylish. I like large bags so I purchased the Saint-Lazare. Boy is it big!! It could work as an overnight bag. It holds everything I need. Easily fits a laptop, planner, book and the regular purse items. It holds my 40oz water bottle too. The pockets help keep all my little things safe and contained instead of them being at the bottom of the bag. It's almost too big, ha!! It's perfect!
