By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1: SCOPE
These Terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in relation to the sale of products through the Website.

Customers located in Europe should place their orders on our European store at www.zede-paris.com.

Article 2: PRODUCTS
All products displayed on the Website are available while stocks last.
ZEDE Paris strives to present product descriptions and photographs as accurately as possible. However, images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings.
Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by ZEDE Paris are new and comply with applicable quality standards.

We cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible once an order has been placed. If your order has already shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
- Delivery to a region we do not serve

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
6.3 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order value. Current rates are displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $200 USD to the United States mainland.
6.4 Customs & Duties
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in our prices. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
6.5 Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. ZEDE Paris is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be charged for reshipment.
6.6 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Article 7: RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund, without providing a reason.
All products sold by ZEDE Paris benefit from our "Satisfied or Refunded" policy.
7.2 How to Initiate a Return

The portal will guide you through the return process and provide all necessary instructions.
7.3 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition (unworn, unwashed)
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be accepted for return.
7.4 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- You received a defective item
- You received the wrong item
- The return is due to an error on our part
7.5 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

In addition to your legal rights, ZEDE Paris offers a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Craftsmanship issues
- Hardware defects (buckles, clasps, zippers)
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care
- Accidental damage (tears, burns, cuts, stains)
- Fabric discoloration due to sun exposure
- Damage from improper storage
8.3 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact-international@zede-paris.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement.
If a repair is approved under warranty, the repair service is free. Shipping costs to send the item for repair are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and designs, is the exclusive property of LIZE CREATIONS and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

- Damage resulting from misuse or improper care of products

- Technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions related to Internet use
Article 12: GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
For customers in the United States: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by law.
For customers in the United Kingdom: You retain your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
For customers in Canada and Australia: You retain your statutory consumer rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.
