DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery Time

Now available to an international clientele, items are delivered within an 8 to 12 working day timeframe starting the day after the customer validates the order. This timeframe is primarily due to the pre-order status of most items and includes preparing and shipping the item directly from China. While indicative, this period may vary based on the destination and item availability. LIZE CREATIONS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays related to carriers or force majeure events.

Items are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Transport risks are borne by the customer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier. In the case of delivery to a collective address, LIZE CREATIONS' responsibility ends once the parcel is delivered to the specified address.

Delivery Method

International customers will be able to choose from several delivery options when finalizing their order. Details and costs of the different delivery methods will be specified based on the destination.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The withdrawal period remains 14 days after receiving the item, allowing the customer to return the product without justification. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to request the shipping slip as proof.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the withdrawal form within 14 days using the following form:

The letter must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, indicating the customer's name and address at the top left, the company below right, and possibly the order references.

The customer is required to return the item(s) within 14 days from the day LIZE CREATIONS is informed of their decision to withdraw.

If withdrawal is requested by the customer, LIZE CREATIONS will proceed with an exchange, a credit note, or a total refund of the price of the item(s) within 14 days following the day the seller is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. This refund will not occur before LIZE CREATIONS has received the returned item(s) or proof of their return has been provided.

In case of a refund request, the payment method will be the same as chosen during the order unless the customer agrees with LIZE CREATIONS on a different method.

Returns

If you pay via PayPal, you may be able to return the products for free through their interface. Otherwise, return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a product defect.

If you notice that the received product is defective or there's an error, please contact us through the form (Customer Service section) and specify the error. If there's indeed a defect or error, we will take care of reimbursing your return costs.

You have 14 working days from the parcel's reception date (see above form) to return your order.

The items must be new, intact, and complete.
